Who We Are: Cornerstone is the youth ministry of Shady Grove PCA Church, located at 16911 Redland Road in Derwoo MD. Bruce Wiley is the youth pastor at Shady Grove and the sports director for this camp. He can be reached at 301-928-4620.

If you are signing up more than one camper, you need to fill out the form separately for each camper. However, you can pay for them all at one time by selecting the "Multiple Campers" option below and filling in the total amount to be paid.
By typing my name below, I approve of my child's attendance at the Cornerstone Youth Sports Camp and certify that he/she is in good health. If medical attention is required for illness or injury during the camp, I authorize the directors to act for me according to their best judgement.
