Living in community as believers has become vital in our culture. Shady Grove is praying that Life Groups will be a place of meeting, sharing, interceding for one another, stirring one another up to love and good deeds, and encouraging one another to grow in faith. These groups will be 8-12 members that will commit to meeting regularly and will reflect the diversity of SGPCA. We would like these groups to commit to bi-weekly meetings from September to May, taking a month off in December. Life groups can choose their study from an assortment of options: a book of the Bible, an assisted Bible study, a sermon discussion, or a topical book. Videos or podcasts could also be used in conjunction with a study. The coordinator can offer resources and support as needed.
